There are 2 devices included the GuruVote system. The Top 5 board, which displays the reults, and the voting box.

Quick Setup
--------------

Rez the BOXED object and click to unpack

-The Board-

1. Find the Contest board in inventory and rez it
2. After the board has initialized it will ask you to add a contest
3. When prompted, type in the name of the contest. This cannot be changed
4. If you would like users to vote for themselves, press 'Yes' when prompted
5. When prompted, type in the number of unique votes each avatar can do per day

Congrats, you now have setup a contest.

-The Box-

1. Find the Voting Box in your inventory and rez it (if you haven't setup any contests it will delete itself
2. A menu will appear and ask you to select a contest, do so.
3. Right click and edit the votebox. Goto the 'contents' tab and double click the notecard called '_config'
4. Refer to the notecard settings below if you need an explination on what to change.
5. Save the notecard
6. Copy and position all the vote boxes you'll need

-FInal-

Click the contest board, and goto settings click the 'Start' button and the contest will begin. Users can now join the contest, and vote.

Contest Board Menu
-----------------------

Skins [1,2,3] - Set the appearance of the contest board

Remove [Pick Name to Remove] - This delets the user from the contest and removes them from the board

Clear [Top 5, boxes, both] - Pressing clear gives you the ability to clear the contest board, vote boxes, or both at once. After doing so you are offered the option to delete the contest data from the server. Only delete the data if the contest is definately over, this cannot be undone.

Contest - Pressing this button allows you to select which contest the board is displaying. You can change this at any time without affecting your contest. Votes for all contest will continue to be tallied to the correct contest.

Settings -
    [Start] - Starts the contest currently selected.
    [Stop] - Stops the contest currently selected. Votes will no longer be counted.
    [Add] - Adds a contest to the system, this will prompt you to supply name, and other needed settings
    [Edit] - Allows you to change 2 settings (votes per day, and vote for self)

Vote Box Menu
-----------------

Vote - Sumbits a request to vote
Poof - Toggle the particle poof on and off
Enter Name - Enter Avatar name and load their profile picture (Object is MOD so you may manually override the image)
Enter Item - Asks for UUID of a texture, then immediately after asks for a name for the voting item.
Clear - Clear the Texture and reset vote count.

Allow Join=false
Group Only Join=true
Group Only Vote=false
Allow Note=true
Join Price=0

Allow Join - [True/False] Setting this to 'true' will allow anyone to click, and join the contest if the box is not being used.

Group Only Join - [True/False] Setting this to 'True' will allow only group members with the active group tag to join

Group Only Vote - [True/False] Setting this to 'True' will allow only group members with the active tag to vote

Allow Note - [True/False] Setting this to 'True' allows the user of the box to get a menu option 'Drop'. Once pressed, they can hold the control key down, and drop a notecard on the object. When voters click the box, they now have an option to recieve a notecard.

Join Price - [$L] Only put a number here (no $ or L) Any number other than 0 will require the user to pay to join the contest. Script will only ask debt permissions if this is greater than 0. Debt permissions are required incase the user fails to join properly (time out) and a refund is deserved. The script will not payout at any other time.

Website Setup

To utilize the website, you'll need to first register on http://gurutech-sl.com/

After you have completed the registration process, rez the 'GuruVote Web Registration Pass'

Click the box, to link your account.

Log into the GuruTech Website. You will see a user menu in the lower left of the site. You can use the links on that menu to edit your contests, and view voting data.
