Everyone knows too many avatars on a sim make it lag. Why have that lag glued to a chair? It should be browsing your vendors, or finding new games to play. You spend time building every part of your land, let it be used!

Consolidate your prims and scripts. Every camping chair has at least one script, with a timer and usually a listener.
Zone camping uses 1 timer. Listener is closed after every command.

Commision Version:
Every payout made 10L or over pays me 1L. If user only stays to 9L I am not paid.

example:
user paid $4L = no commision to creator
user paid $56L = $1L commision to creator

Click to start / Click to payout. AV is paid if they go out of range, or border detect is on, and they leave your parcel. Will pay if an AV crashes.
